Macy’s is proceeding with dozens of planned store cuts across the United States, including in the New York City area, as its strategic focus zeroes in on sustainable, profitable growth. The following tri-state stores are among at least 66 “underproductive” locations expected to close in the first quarter of 2025.

The Macy's at the Boynton Beach Mall is one of the 66 stores nationwide that Macy's announced Thursday it would be closing.

The company did not say when the Kingston Macy's would close, and a manager at the location said staff had not been given a closure date, but declined further comment.
