A third person is dead following a head-on collision that occurred in Palm Beach County, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office (PBSO).

Jupiter resident Mike Lee was plying the azure waters off the coast of Palm Beach County looking for bait last month when he found something so much bigger.
