Pop-Tarts Bowl was nothing short of a sweet treat. Amid the nail-biting matchup between Iowa State University and the University of Miami, Pop-Tarts caused chaos on the field.

Ward started the Pop-Tarts Bowl and proceeded to shred Iowa State’s top-five pass defense, throwing for 190 yards and three touchdowns in the first half. He did so even without three of his starting receivers, including Miami’s all-time receptions leader Xavier Restrepo, who had opted out.

The trouble with being a Pop-Tarts Bowl mascot is that other college football mascots might want to eat you. Miami’s Sebastian the Ibis tried to chow down on the Frosted Hot Fudge Sundae Pop-Tarts mascot during the second half, which was very rude for him to do!
