On Sunday, DeKalb County police responded to a report of a drowning along the 3400 block of Brook Rose Lane. When officers arrived, they found a body in a creek in the woods. The victim was only identified as a 35-year-old man. At this time, DKPD said there are no obvious signs of foul play.
