PHILADELPHIA – The Eagles have signed safety Lewis Cine to the 53-man roster, the team announced on Wednesday. Cine, a 2022 first-round round of the Vikings, has spent the entire 2024 season on the Buffalo Bills’ practice squad after being released by Minnesota at the end of training camp.
