ARLINGTON — Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott made his return to play in Sunday’s loss to the Eagles. Elliott missed last week’s game against the Falcons for disciplinary reasons as he sat for being late to team meetings.

Cowboys general manager Jerry Jones elected to bring back Elliott over the offseason despite his lackluster play in 2022, his last season in Dallas. But the signing has been disappointing, as the 29-year-old has slowed down significantly more and has shown signs of locker room issues.
