With no game in Week 4, not much has changed for Alabama in the Week 5 rankings. In the latest US LBM Coaches Poll, the Crimson Tide landed at No. 4, while Georgia will travel to Tuscaloosa as the No. 1 team in the country.

The Crimson Tide has the No. 2 composite class in the country according to 247Sports behind Ohio State, with five-star commitments from quarterback Keelon Russell, offensive tackle Ty Haywood, wide receiver Caleb Cunningham, cornerback Dijon Lee and running back Akylin Dear.

We have four more games between ranked opponents in Week 5, led by a top-five clash when No. 2 Georgia travels to face No. 4 Alabama in a rematch of last year's SEC Championship in Tuscaloosa. We also have battles between ranked teams in the Big Ten and Big 12,

Alabama football made a statement in its Week 3 road win against Wisconsin, beating the Badgers 42-10 at Camp Randall Stadium. But it was not enough of a statement to move the Crimson Tide up in the latest set of college football rankings.
