A federal judge ruled that an Alabama woman accusing Jay-Z and Sean “Diddy” Combs of raping her at age 13 may proceed anonymously, at least during the early stages of her lawsuit.

It seems Jay-Z will have to defend his name in a court of law. A judge has denied his request to dismiss a rape lawsuit against him.

A New York judge condemned the rapper’s attorney Alex Spiro for his “relentless filing of combative motions containing inflammatory language.”
