A manhunt for Joseph Couch, who allegedly shot at cars on Kentucky’s Interstate 75, ended when a couple found a decomposing body believed to be his. Couch had injured five people and evaded authorities for nearly two weeks in the Daniel Boone National Forest.

A body believed to be the remains of the madman who shot and wounded five motorists on a Kentucky highway earlier this month was found Wednesday by a “bounty-hunting” couple during a YouTube livestream,

Law enforcement officials in a Wednesday evening news conference said they think a body found near where five people were shot on Interstate 75 in Laurel County is the alleged shooter. Kentucky State Police Commissioner Phillip Burnett Jr.
