The Detroit Tigers had five prospects on ESPN's preseason 101-200 rankings, released Thursday, led by catcher Thayron Liranzo at No. 108 on the list.

"We're excited about the whole group," Tigers Vice President and assistant general manager Ryan Garko told News 8. "The great thing about the system right now, I feel like at each level, we have some really exciting players and spring training's going to be very competitive.
