Shakib Al Hasan, at 37 years and 181 days, becomes the oldest Bangladeshi cricketer to play a Test match, breaking Mohammad Rafique's record. Shakib achieved this milestone during Bangladesh's first Test against India in Chennai.

Jasprit Bumrah has taken 4-50 to help skittle Bangladesh for 149 and give India a first-innings lead of 227 runs on Day 2 of the first test.
