Temperatures began the day largely in the single digits (the coldest areas were below zero), the coldest morning thus far. As any early sunshine hazed over to clouds, we actually moderated to ‘respectable’ temperatures in the 25-30° at lunchtime.
FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAY | Tracking a wintry, but calmer, weekend forecast
Sunday will be one of the warmer days on our forecast, with temps reaching the mid 30s - meaning some of the snowpack will be melting as well as some ice. Watch out for falling ice in our area but the sunshine spilling out will help melt some side roads and sidewalks as well.
