On Tuesday, Kevin Stefanski hired Browns tight ends coach Tommy Rees, 32 — the former Crimson Tide offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach — to replace the fired Ken Dorsey. He becomes Stefanski’s third offensive coordinator in the past three seasons, including Alex Van Pelt, who was fired after the 2023 season.

BEREA, Ohio — The Browns turned heads last season when, after a dramatic run to the playoffs, they reconfigured many of the key pieces of their offensive staff, most notably moving on from Alex Van Pelt as offensive coordinator and replacing him with Ken Dorsey.

The Browns reportedly also interviewed Miami QB coach Darrell Bevell, Seattle QB coach Charles London, Atlanta TE coach Kevin Koger, and former New Orleans offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak, who had served alongside current Cleveland head coach Kevin Stefanski when the pair worked for the Minnesota Vikings in 2019.
