本取決めの主な内容として、日インド両国税関当局は、輸出入貨物の審査・検査の際、当該貨物が相手国のＡＥＯ事業者による輸出入貨物である場合には、その資格を自国のリスク評価に反映することとしています。これにより、両国のサプライチェーンのセキュリティレベルを向上させつつ、ＡＥＯ事業者に係る通関手続を一層円滑化することが可能となります。
