Jan 24, 2021 · Hero Lab Online suffers from the basic issues that come with being server-based (rather than running entirely locally), but it's one of the few things out there that can handle the full scope of polymorph effects and other stat-changing stuff, since it's a full rules engine for every bit of the character rather than 'just' a fancier-looking spreadsheet.

Sep 26, 2023 · Aka a gm can access the players character sheets at any time just by going to the tools and viewing the parties sheets. Pathbuilder isn't an online solution. It saves the character sheets as json files which are stored locally by default or on Google Drive. Frankly the sharing process here is no where near as nice.

It lays out the character building in a simplified manner, showing you not just how many options you get, but also where you get them from, and how those options impact your character as a whole (as well as at different levels).

Jul 4, 2022 · There's The Only Sheet, which is an Excel spreadsheet that automates a lot of Pathfinder character stuff. The CORE version is free and only has Core Rulebook stuff, and the PRO version, the one you pay for, has more content from more sourcebooks.

Have you used the Wanderer’s Guide character builder?
Feb 1, 2023 · Both are great, I personally prefer wanderers guide for new players as there's an,option to build your character step by step so its easier to walk a group through the process and includes some nice pathfinder artwork. One lame thing is wanderers guide is very slow sometimes and can make character creation drag a bit.
