In most of my game I am getting lots of fps drops. And they aren't really random most times. For example in Mario Kart wii the very first race ( I think the Luigi cup) I cannot play at all with all solid 60 fps.

Mario Kart Wii runs extremely slow on decent PC. - Dolphin
Oct 2, 2017 · I've downloaded the dolphin emulator so that I could take Mario Kart Wii with me when traveling using my gaming laptop. Problem being: it runs extremely slow. The sound is laggy and sounds very, very distorted. The graphics run about half as slow as they should (on steady 30fps). The slow game speed might be the cause of the distorted sound.
