Kenneth Stafford Iain McDowall (born 24 February 1998) is a Scottish professional rugby union player who plays as a centre for United Rugby Championship club Glasgow Warriors and the Scotland national team.

Stafford McDowall made his debut for Glasgow Warriors against Southern Kings in October 2017 and went on to sign his first professional contract with Glasgow Warriors in 2018. He extended his deal in 2019 and again in 2022.
